For those guests who do not have a Schengen visa, we can make a private invitation.

The standard price for this service is 30 days from 15 EUR to 50 EUR per person.

When renting some of our facilities, we issue invitations for obtaining visas for free, more accurate information is provided for each object individually.

We understand how difficult it is to find information about cultural events in a foreign city, and even more so to purchase tickets while in another country. We are happy to help you find and book tickets for any events that interest you. The cost of the service is negotiated individually

For your convenience, we can create a personal rest program for the duration of your stay based on your interests and wishes. For example - recreation in the water park, visits to museums, selection of rehabilitation programs in sanatoriums and SPA centers, organization of individual excursions by our partners, assistance in finding tickets for concerts and much more. To make your stay on the first day more carefree and comfortable, we can help fill your refrigerator with the necessary products and drinks for breakfast, evening snack or on arrival together with you we go to the store and help you choose the best products. Convenient service for guests who arrive in Latvia, Estonia at night or early in the morning. We can arrange the settlement at any time convenient for you. The cost of the service is negotiated individually.

For your comfort in the houses and apartments, we can arrange assistance for servants, housekeepers and nannies for the child. The cost of services is negotiated individually

Our guests can book a transfer from the airport / railway station to the rented real estate, or rent a car with the driver for the required period. The cost of the service is negotiated individually

For our guests we offer yacht and boat rental service. The cost of the service is negotiated individually.
